The end result of this service will be a set of highly-detailed construction drawings ready to hand to your contractor. Your drawing set will include detailed floor plans, lighting plans, exterior elevation drawings, and section drawings. Cabinetry, tile, and interior-trim details may also be included, depending on the complexity of the project. 

I charge an hourly rate for architectural design and drawing. Before I begin, I will provide an estimate for approval, describing the scope of the work and the projected hours required for completion.
